Here is my favorite method for marbling cake.
Three colour marble cake.
Pour each directly into the centre of the tin to create layers.
In a small bowl combine flour and baking powder.
In the first cake tin pour in the red yellow pink and half of the green batter.
You can use a spray with flour in it.
Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray.
Divide mixture into 3 portions.
4 blend sifted cocoa powder with extra milk and stir into one portion.
It s often streaked or mottled in appearance and contains more vanilla cake than chocolate.
Tri colour marble cake 1 beat butter vanilla essence and sugar until light and fluffy.
This is definitely a buttercream intensive design but it is so fun to make.
It was the only design that seemed to fit a marble cake in my mind.
