Also though not required there is a catch if bikes rack obstruct to much of the rear lights then your in violation of dot regulations which means either an officer or dot can give you a hefty fine. If none of the lights are working on that right side and replacing the light did not fix the problem i am inclined to believe that the problem is probably the wiring to the light.
